Food of the first Australians is not well known outside the first Australians. While some fish and the occasional macadamia might be well known in the general community, most of it is a great unknown.
To help improve that ignorance is the Aboriginal Bush Food Experience. Run by the Royal Botanic Gardens, a local expert runs through food identification, collecting techniques and some recipe tips.
And yes, you get to eat your learnings at the end of the workshop.
