Franken-foods – the combination of two foods to make something else entirely – is going from strength to strength with the latest addition being the pairing of baklava and croissant thanks to the Banksia Bakehouse.

Croissants – even ones sampled fresh from a Parisian bakery – are somewhat overrated according to this bureau. They are somewhat dry.
However the combining with baklava could really get the tastebuds speaking in a combination of Greek and French.
