With vaccination rates slowly, but surely rising the management of reopening is on everybody’s minds. This will include international travel which will be one of the trickiest to manage.
To help with that IATA, the international airlines trade organisation, has done what organisations tend to do with any other problem. They created an app.

It feels like it’s jumping the gun a little bit as there’s presumably a lot that needs to be done before flying comes back to pre-pandemic levels. They’d be coordination and international agreements to iron out. There’s also bound to be many interest groups and countries that will be hoping to be in or out of agreements.
Still, if the app gets buy in, it possible that it will become a key feature of future international travel. So it’s worth downloading for prospective travellers and to see if an invite can be scored.
