Big Jumps for the Kangaroo

Airline, Qantas is certainly ready to stretch its legs after the lockdowns around the world with some long flights planned.

It’s first plans to to fly from Darwin in Australia’s north to Buenos Aires. A flight that will take them 18 hours via the South Pole and will be the longest commercial flight the airline has taken.

There’s also word that the airline is considering flying from Sydney non-stop to New York and London.

The technology seems to be close to enable the flights – while the mental strength that the passengers will require to be on a flight that long remains to be seen.
