Spotify is not short on problems at the moment, and the band, The Pocket Gods is going to add to their woes by raising another issue. It’s all about how the playing of a song is documented at the streaming giant.
They decided to release an album of 30 second songs – the length required for Spotify to consider a play – to highlight the absurdity of how things work at the music service.
Looks to be a timely reminder of getting short shrift.
