Well Sung

To celebrate NAIDOC Week recently, the Australian rugby union team sang the national anthem in the Yugambeh language before their match against England.

They were joined by the Yugambeh Youth Choir in a tribute to Uncle Lloyd McDermott, the first Wallabies player to identify as a First Nations man. The team also wore their First Nations jersey, in recognition of Naidoc week

It was a nice step forward and a nice way to mark NAIDOC Week.
